Responsibilities:

• Assist in full process of recruitment, including but not limit to searching candidates, screening, background checking and new staff orientations;
• Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances
• To manage HR system update including e- Recruitment, e-Doc, system data update.
• Handle HR projects including communication, reviewing policies, procedures and systems, etc.
• Provide HR day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice and services to working partners
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 years proven HR experience gained in sizable organization
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of MS office
• Proficiency in Excel is a MUST
• Strong numerical and analytical sense.
• Detail-minded, mature, independent and must be respectful with excellent interpersonal skills
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
