Our client, a renowned MNC, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Human Resources Business Partner  (Ref: 36415)

Job Descriptions:

• Act as a business partner and review and develop HR policies and new strategy to enhance efficiency of the organisation
• Formulate and implement effective staffing plans to facilitate further company expansion
• Design talent and performance management programs
• Provide support for other ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in strategic planning or business partner role, background from fast moving industry is preferred
• Solid hands-on experience in HR manpower planning, talent management and HR operation
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR Practices
• Independent, responsive and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
