Job Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to operation teams
• Purchase and distribute clinic consumables and medical supplies
• Assist in taking meeting minutes, data entry and preparing statistics reports
• Handle jobs related to patients' medical records
• Backup frontline receptionist when needed
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• F.7 or above 
• At least 1 year relevant working experience 
• Good command of Chinese and English (spoken & written)
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Organized, detail-minded, good interpersonal & communication skills
