Job Description

Our company is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join us as Researcher / Associate Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Job Descriptions:

Understand clients’ order requirement and job duties
Search, screen and select candidates to fulfill job requirement
Conduct face to face interview with candidates and provide professional advises
Line up the meeting for client and candidates
Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports

Requirements:

Degree holder or related discipline
Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Enjoy talking to people, cheerful, well organized and detail minded
Have a strong sense of accountability and an outstanding service mentality
No experience or Fresh graduate is consider as researcher or associate consultant
