Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical support to Leasing Administration Team 
• Maintain leasing database and filing system
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for lease administration related matters

 Requirements:-

• Diploma in Business Administration or Property related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ solid experience in leasing administration or relevant fields
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Well organized with good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiated and able to handle multi-tasks independently
• Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Administration Assistant
