Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiry and complaint
- Co-ordinate service job arrangement with customer
- Responsible for providing support and co-ordinate for service job arrangement
- Responsible for providing administration support for data entry / updating, document filing
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese (Chongjie/Quick) and English typing (30 wpm or above)
- Proactive attitude, dynamic, self-motivate and able to work independently in under pressure.
- Immediate available is preferred
