Job Description
Job Descriprions:
- Perform day to day operations of the HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, employee relation and HR adminstrative work
- Update and maintain human resources data base and personnel records
- Assist to prepare HR reports
- Handle any ad hoc projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel management or related disciplines
- 1 year experience in hotel industry is preferred
- Well-versed in HK Labour Ordiance
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
