Job Description
Responsibilities (負責):
- Responsible for full spectrum of administrative function, including decoration, renovation, removal, fixed assets management, IT, insurance, repair and maintenance, customers hospitality etc.
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function, including recruitment, attendance & leave administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc. for all levels of staff
- To provide orientation for all new staff
- To liaise and cooperate with other departments
- To be responsible for all legal matters, including patent registration
- Assist Ad hoc assignment
Requirements (要求資歷):
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of experience in the related positions handling Administration and Human Resources functions in retail field
- Good understanding in labour ordinance
- Process good problem-solving skills and execution abilities, demonstrate good discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
