Job Description

Responsibilities (負責):

  • Responsible for full spectrum of administrative function, including decoration, renovation, removal, fixed assets management, IT, insurance, repair and maintenance, customers hospitality etc.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function, including recruitment, attendance & leave administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc. for all levels of staff
  • To provide orientation for all new staff
  • To liaise and cooperate with other departments
  • To be responsible for all legal matters, including patent registration
  • Assist Ad hoc assignment

Requirements (要求資歷):

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related positions handling Administration and Human Resources functions in retail field
  • Good understanding in labour ordinance
  • Process good problem-solving skills and execution abilities, demonstrate good discipline
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
