Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for whole recruitment process for all levels of vacancies from candidates sourcing to on-boarding logistic
- Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc
- Manage employee contract and other hiring related documentation tasks
- Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
- A minimum 2-3 years’ solid relevant HR experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Good interpersonal skills, good team player and good time management in a working environment
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word process is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
