Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of HR and Administrative functions
  • Reponsible for mailing, office supplies ordering, motor insurance and courier services etc;
  • Provide clerical support to HR and Administrative works;
  • Handle the general maintenance of office environment and equipments;
  • Handle the attendance reports and leave record;
  • Follow any other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor;

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • At least 2 years' administration working experience
  • Well versed in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Initiative, mature, positive thinking, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
