Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial to Hong Kong CEO for supporting day to day operation
• Liaison with internal departments to monitor projects’ progress and timeline in according to the project planning
• Prepare agenda, minutes, reports and presentation materials for business purposes
• Manage travelling arrangement, including itinerary, accommodation and transportation
• Perform ad hoc projects as required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or any related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations
• Detail orientated, good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment with strong business acumen
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
