Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administration support to the Department
  • Responsible for ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Form 5 / HKDSE
  • 1-2 years' administration experience
  • Self-initiated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
