Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administration support to the Department
- Responsible for ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Form 5 / HKDSE
- 1-2 years' administration experience
- Self-initiated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is an advantage
