Job Description
Requirements
- University graduates in any disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Experience in sales administration and documents preparation
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-initiative and sense of responsibilities
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication of both spoken and written English
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support to the team on daily sales operation
- Coordinate sales meetings and prepare proposals & monthly sales reports
- Responsible for tracking order schedules and delivery status with internal parties
- Maintain sales transactions in the system and assist in ad hoc duties as required
