Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations etc.
• Provide efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy C&B administrations
• Monitor and review HR policies, processes and systems in order to comply with statutory requirements
• Analyze and recommend effective and efficient human resources processes
• Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
• Advise and monitor HR operations of PRC subsidiaries
• Maintain HR filing system and any other HR related administration
• Manage and oversee all administration in the office
• Liaising with various vendors (including office supplies, insurance, IT support etc.)
• Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ solid HR experience with 3 years in supervisory level, preferable in listed company
• Well versed in HK Labor law and employment visa application, preferable with knowledge in PRC Labour Law
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated and meticulous
