Responsibilities:

- Handling full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties for the Group
- Responsible for the areas of(including but not limited to): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits (payroll, MPF, taxation, medical insurance), New Staff Orientation & Training Development, Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitoring of general administration duties, e.g. reception areas, cleaning, courier services
- Coordinate and follow up with internal & external parties
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system
- Additional Ad-hoc/project tasks as required including outdoor works when necessary
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- 5 year of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing, knowledge of MYOB is preferred
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines;
- Logical thinking, strong legal sense, good analytical skill and well organized
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
