 Responsibilities:

    • Handling full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties for the Group
    • Responsible for the areas of(including but not limited to): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits (payroll, MPF, taxation, medical insurance), New Staff Orientation & Training Development, Attendance & Leave Management
    • Monitoring of general administration duties, e.g. reception areas, cleaning, courier services
    • Coordinate and follow up with internal & external parties
    • Maintain an up-to-date filing system
    • Additional Ad-hoc/project tasks as required including outdoor works when necessary

     

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma holder or above
    • 5 year of relevant working experience
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing, knowledge of MYOB is preferred
    • Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines;
    • Logical thinking, strong legal sense, good analytical skill and well organized
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
    • Immediate available is preferred
