Job Description
Main Duties
- Provide efficient customer services and maintain good relationship with our customer and agents via different social platforms and phone
- Making reservation for our customer and agents including data entry and report verification
- Handling customer enquiries and follow up work when necessary
- Recommend suitable products to our customers and maintain long-term relationship with our agents and customers
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 1 year customer services oriented experience
- General medical knowledge or clinic experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Clinic Solution will be an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, fair in English
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and a team player
