Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing administrative support to procurement team including but not limited to e-filing, scanning, data input, sample dispatch to ensure smooth operation

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
-
Form 5 or above
-
1 - 2 years’ experience in administrative support
-
Well-organized, detail-oriented and independent
-
Good team player and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is preferred
