Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:
Senior Administrative Officer / Assistant Administrative Manager
Requirements:-
- Degree / Higher Diploma with 6-10 years administration experience
- Possess at least 3 years' supervisory level experiences
- Must have strong experience in shop renovation, branch operation general repair and maintenance
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Initiative, independent and work under intense pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate with more experiences can be considered Assistant Administrative Manager
Job Duties:-
- Oversee the team of branch operation
- Handle renovation and decoration projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress
- Provide administrative support
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
