Job Responsibilities:
- To perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers arrangement;
- To responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception, meeting room and pantry area;
- To supervise office assistant for daily routines;
- To handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
- To provide general HR administrative and clerical support including leave & attendance record management, MPF and administration etc.
- To assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above with 2 years relevant working experience;
- Good in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Mature, proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate available is an advantage.
