Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers arrangement;
• To responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception, meeting room and pantry area;
• To supervise office assistant for daily routines;
• To handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
• To provide general HR administrative and clerical support including leave & attendance record management, MPF and administration etc.
• To assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above with 2 years relevant working experience;
• Good in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Mature, proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
