Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain operational risk related policies;
- Review and enhance HK Branch’s operational policies and procedure;
- Evaluate the workflow covering major operations of the Branch to ensure it is in compliance with internal, head office and regulatory requirements;
- Identify, evaluate, monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs);
- Provide recommendations to management on minimizing operational risk to the Bank;
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and conduct operational risk checking as required, provide recommendations on improvements;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in risk management, banking or business-related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Banking, preferably in corporate banking and/or global markets environments;
- Sound knowledge of corporate banking and global markets operations and products;
- Experience in regulatory compliance or audit would be a plus;
- Professional Qualification of CPA, ACCA, etc. would be an advantage;
- Strong analytical mind and multitasks handling ability;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel;
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
