Our client, a Chinese based SFC-Licensed securities brokerage firm, is now urgently looking for a high calibre to join their team

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure the smooth running of department’s daily settlement functions and the daily operations comply with policies and procedures
• Manage daily settlement operations and review all the necessary reconciliations arising from the relating securities & futures operations
• Ensure all trade dealings are properly and correctly reflected into the system. All discrepancy needs to follow up and resolved according to the Company’s guideline
• Ensure accounts and settlement services instructions from clients are timely and efficiently executed
• Ensure the client’s transactions, statements and settlement reports are all properly updated on a daily basis
• Ensure all necessary change are updated and reflected in the clients’ portfolios
• Liaise with CS team on the updating and handling of account opening documentations
• Follow up on daily stock holding reconciliation and daily unsettled client transaction
• Handle corporate action event matters
• Communicate and liaise with Finance Department and RO to resolve any daily issues
• Participate in system implantation UAT and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:-

• Minimum 10 years of experiences in global futures and equities settlement operations
• Knowledge of HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures, Global Market
• Familiar with HKFE operation procedures and local system /practices
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Can-do attitude, detail oriented and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is a must
