Settlement Manager/Settlement Officer – Operations and Settlement Department

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation and settlement functions of futures trading, including trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, settlement systems operation etc.
• Supervisor daily settlement and ensure all activities are efficiently executed
• Assist in system modification and UAT testing
• Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements as well as other administrative duties
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in securities and futures (HK & Global) settlement operations
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Settlement Manager
• Preferably familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office application, including Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime and on the public holidays, able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
