Responsibilities:

• As a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities;
• Supervise daily securities operations, including local and overseas market;
• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Set up and run public and private funds;
  
• Participate in internal and external communications regarding fund and portfolio management;
• Enhance and develop portfolio management platform and monitor risk exposures;
• Implement business development and marketing plan.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Economics, Law or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years management experience in securities firm / fund and portfolio;
• Qualified for SFC Responsible Officer license Type 1 & 4 or Type 4 & 9 will also be considered;
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skill a preference;
• Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules;
• Good financial market knowledge and well-versed securities and asset management compliance issues.
