Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for proper KYC and client account opening.
Assist in account-opening procedures;
Answer customer enquiries and provide quality services
Provide other administrative support for the department
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor

Requirements:

High Diploma or above
Minimum 1 year experience in banking field. Knowledge in FATCA & CRS is an advantage.
Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
In case of daily operation needed, willing cooperate to supervisor’s assignment
Willing to accept rotational assignments when required.
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
