Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties supervise SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities;
- Formulate, review and update operations procedures in order ensure operational and regulatory compliance;
- Conduct in department investment research and analysis, analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk;
- Manage daily business operations to ensure the workflow is complied with the SFC and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in financial, Economic or other related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of experience in securities firm;
- Current holder of SFC Type 1 & 4 responsible officer license;
- With institutional clients' resources preferred;
- Sound knowledge of SFC Code of conduct, regulations of relevant regulatory authorities.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
