Job Details:

• Participate in and carry out full spectrum of investment/ fund/ business cycle from origination, execution, post-transaction management and integration as well as divestment
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, risk assessment on various potential investment/ business opportunities
• Perform and manage the execution of various transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations/ reports/ marketing materials, conducting in depth research, due diligence, valuation and scenario analysis, financial modelling as well as cooperating and liaising with various professional parties and stakeholders
• Assist on product development projects, including product structure, product change, product launch and product closure for private funds
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders, including internal/ external executive management, financial and legal advisors, and participate in outreach to the broader investment community
• Provide coaching and support to junior analysts of the team
• Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or related discipline from reputable university with professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA
• At least 4-5 years solid experience in asset management/ private equity/ direct investment/ M&A with completed transactions is a must (less experienced candidates will be considered as Analyst)
• Experience in Financial Services, Education, Healthcare, TMT industry is a plus
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset and analytical skills with competency in financial analysis and modelling, business valuation, accounting and finance
• Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, attention to details, willingness to take on responsibilities, problem-solving and highly independent working style
• Good PC and MS Office skills including Chinese processing
• Excellent commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
