Job Description
Our client is a well-regarded regional bank. They are currently looking for Head of Commercial Banking to oversee corporate clients in Greater China.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Senior Management reporting to the Chief Executive in Hong Kong Branch
- Lead both HK and China Corporate teams to expand and maintain a portfolio of Commercial / Corporate Banking clients
- Manage major corporate clients by identifying business opportunities, providing financial solutions and credit applications
- Strategize business plans and ensure good collaboration between branches in Greater China to drive annual business targets
Requirements:
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant sales and relationship management experience in commercial/corporate banking
- Professional Qualifications (CPA, CFA, FRM etc.) preferable
- Sales driven and with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Willing to travel occasionally
