工作職責：

l完成業務團隊各類業績報表的業績追蹤，搭建報表體系，分析解讀跟蹤KPI指標、業務運營指標、客戶行為及流量指標等，挖掘分析影響業務的關鍵因素，提出改善建議。

l通過內外部大資料採擷技術，結合客戶行為資料標籤等，能夠有效得搭建客戶模型。

l通過資料模型搭建，針對不同顧客群體進行精准化行銷，提高業務觸達效率和轉化效率，提升顧客活躍度和粘性。

任職要求：

l本科以上學歷，3-5年經營資料分析工作經驗；諮詢公司，大型互聯網金融平臺，或互聯網電商公司相關工作經歷。

l熟悉各種辦公軟體，EXCEL, PPT, SQL，Oracle，資料採擷演算法，回歸分析法，網站爬蟲技術等。

l執行力、抗壓力強；溝通能力好，團隊意識好。
