Responsibilities  

• Conduct regular compliance monitoring reviews, ensuring that all compliance policies and procedures are adhered to requirements of regulated bodies

• Work closely with other business units in reviewing compliances issues to address and meet regulatory or business changes

• Developing and implementing the overall credit risk strategies and credit guidelines.

• Approving mortgage loans by examining applications and supporting documentations; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.

• Identifying and assessing credit risks and potential problems, and make recommendations for the consideration and approval of the appropriate lending authority.

• Performing credit evaluation and risk assessment on mortgage loans, secured lending credit proposals and periodic reviews.

• Provide compliance advice on businessinitiativesinitiativesinitiatives and report to senior management.

• Review marketing materials/contracts/documents to ensure compliance to authorities.

Requirements

• University degree in  Business Administration, Finance, Law or related discipline(s).

• Minimum of 3-4 years of working experiences in credit risk in a financial institution or the banking industry.

• Experience in credit risk measurement and monitoring of investment and treasury products

• Strong financial analytical background with good judgment and knowledge in credit risk, secured loan products and market situations

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred

• Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with communication skill.
