Responsibilities

• Perform operations duties in making sure all settlement and operations works are delivered meticulously
• Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching
• Perform daily settlement for FX
• Record clients' deposits and withdrawals
• Prepare client statements and settlement reports
• Participate in UAT for any new system enhancement and implementation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant settlement experience in brokerage firms
• Knowledge in settlements, familiar with MT4 systems
• Familiar with local regulatory and compliance requirements in relation to settlement issues
• Responsible, attentive to details & self-initiative
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua
