Job Description

• Regulatory management of Food/Skincare/Supplement/OTC related products
• Establish and update regulatory affairs and product registration guidelines, progress and report for teams in all regions regularly according to business need and dossier readiness
• Liaise and guide the teams to ensure quick and quality submission of product registration and renewal dossiers
• Assist in product development in areas relating to product formulation, use of ingredients, labeling, etc.
• Responsible for product quality matters and assurance
• Follow up with suppliers and teams in corrective actions plans on product regulatory and quality affairs, and monitors implementation and improvement
• Assist in creating and maintaining the departmental SOP and WI
• Occasional travel to overseas may be required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Life Science, Food & Nutrition, Pharmacy or Medical related disciplines
  
• 2-3 years experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance and product registration in health supplement, cosmetic, food or pharmaceutical industry in multinational environment
• Familiar with Asia Pacific regulatory requirements would be an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized and be able to work independently and be a team player
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Understanding of Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai and/or Vietnamese language is a plus
