Job Responsibilities:

• Act as key contact point between retail stores and office
• Work closely with marketing team to drive sales as to meet the company’s goal; monitor the sales performance of each channel
• Provide full range of administrative support to front line sales and department
• Monitor day-to-day store /counter operations including manpower arrangement, reporting, customer services, inventory, etc.  – pls include counter as well .
• Work closely with retail team to maximize sales by managing daily operation and all services areas
• Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are well-implemented among retail stores
• Participate in business expansion such as store opening projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experiences in retail operations
• Good analytical skills and sensitive to figures
• Independent & passionate in beauty industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
