Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project management.
Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties, including sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is according to contract standards.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff.
Handle other ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / FS / PD / MVAC / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in PD / FS / MVAC / EL / Building Services engineering.
Good experience in site coordination – system installation, progress & works monitoring, testing & commissioning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Candidate with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Engineer
