Job Description

Job Description:

  • Report to Director of Projects and Projects Managers, to take responsibility for assigned tasks throughout the project period, from planning, tendering, construction, to the project close-out stage.

 

  • Act as an assistant role to the team to deliver project documentations and reports.

 

  • Project Administration: Assist Project Managers to prepare all meeting minutes and reports.

 

  • Design Management: Assist Design & Project Manager when they coordinate with client and design team, to ensure deliverables match client’s requirements, meet the required budget and quality for construction.

 

  • Project Management: Assist Project Managers when they develop and review the project management plan, implementation of design, and ensure the project development is in line with the project objectives.

 

  • Construction Management: Assist Project Managers when they coordinate with client, consultant team, and contractor team throughout the project period to ensure deliverables meet the required quality and timeline.

 

  • Other Responsibilities: Assist on daily office administrative work, when required.

 

  • Work Hours: Based on 5-days, 9am-6pm, full time work, flexible work hours may require according to project needs.

 

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience preferably experience in project management role on commercial architectural projects. Experience in building restaurants is preferred.
  • Understanding of property development and construction sequence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using computer programs, includes AutoCAD, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must. 3D software such as SketchUp is a plus.
  • Excellent business letter writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill across all levels of organization and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is plus.

 

Qualification:

  • Degree in Architecture Study or related disciplines.

  • Negotiable
