Responsibilities

• Assists for tendering, reviews and interprets tender terms and conditions
• Manages the selection, ordering and delivery schedule of materials and parts
• Acts as the on-site leader of execution teams. Develop project schedules and executes according to plan for assigned projects
• Provide guidance to the team and sub-contractors for ensuring the work quality and meeting the company service standard
• Monitor the on-site work quality, technician and sub-contractors to meet completion timeline 
• Manages budget and costs, billings and collection. Completes project billings on time
• Attends project meetings and site supervision as required
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree and Degree holder in Engineering field or equivalent, building service engineering is preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in E & M equipment and HVAC products is an absolute advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome
• Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
