Head of Property Investment (Listed Property Developer) 5day, (HK$150K-HK$200K, Negotiable)

Our client is a leading property developers in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high caliber professional to fill the position of Head of Property Investment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out feasibility analysis and studies, plan and lead the land and property investment projects in Hong Kong and UK
• Proactively identify and explore new investment opportunities in Hong Kong and European markets
• Negotiate and facilitate the global deals, execute transactions and sales & leasing plan
• Monitor property market and investment trends of Hong Kong and other European countries
• Propose and execute all development strategies, drive the strategic sales & leasing plans to achieve the company objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Real Estate, Surveying or relevant discipline
• Professional qualification such as HKIS/ RICS / CFA is a definite advantage
• Minimum of 15+ years’ of land investment, property investment, sales and leasing experience, in which 8 years in managerial capacity within property developer industry
• Candidates with property investment experience in UK is highly desired
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership and analytical mind
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Occasional travel is required
