Head of Interior Design/Senior Manager (Retail Stores) 5day! HK$50K-HK65K!

Our client is a renowned Retail group in Asia. They are looking for a Head of Interior Design/Senior Manager (Retail Stores)

• Act as Group level to develop a full scale project plan and to coordinate a team of technical specialists to implement all new outlets establishment / renovation projects from design inception to handover
• Ensure projects process and output to the statutory requirements and the Company policies and standards
• Carry out feasibility studies for potential site including inspection, prepare capex, E&M provision and project preliminary budget for approval
• Prepare, organize and monitor the tendering process, ensure the process is completed complied with the Company’s Tender Policy
• Create group guidelines and documentations
• Monitor projects budget, resources allocation, work progress and work quality meet with planned timeline
• Coordinate site work with consignors ensuring outputs are up to standards
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design / Building Survey / Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8years solid experience in overseeing large-scale retail stores renovation with 5 years in supervisory level
• Able to handle multiple tasks under tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and systematically managing a number of concurrent projects
• Multitasking, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft and Photoshop
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Occasional travel is required
