Responsibilities :

• To assist with the strategic planning, major alterations, additions and improvements works, and repair and maintenance works;
• To manage new building projects including the preparation of budget, design briefs and tenders, the engagement and management of consultants, contractors and suppliers, and administration of contracts etc;
• To lead and manage a team in the undertaking developing briefs, design works, packaging and preparation of tenders, engagement and management of consultants, contractors and suppliers, and management of the works etc;
• To undertake studies, prepare reports and presentations including strategic planning, best practice and benchmarks, and environmental sustainability;
• To assist with the funding process for capital works and to ensure compliance with approved briefs, budget and project timelines.
• Provide all-round support to Manager in overall monitoring and project management including design / administration / cost control / construction management

Requirements :

• A recognized degree in Architecture
• At least 8-10 years relevant experience at managerial level in the delivery of new building projects
• Good knowledge in institutional buildings
• Self-motivated, hardworking and independent
• Excellent project management, Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good team player
• Good Command in written English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
• Immediately available is preferred
