- Report to the Director & General Manager in Hong Kong and act as a key team leader for the management of a portfolio of Grade A Financial Building in Macao

- Direct and execute the strategic plans and management initiatives to ensure our professional property and facility services in first class standards

- Work closely with property owner and tenants to enhance premium services

- Work closely with Hong Kong head office to ensure the enforcement of Company’s policies and Budget control

- Other projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Property Management / Architecture / Real Estate / Engineering / Facility related disciplines, holder of Macao Real Estate Agent License is preferred

- Professional qualification of HKIH, CIH, RICS or equivalent will be an advantage

- At least 10 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in senior management level in real estate & property industry

- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of Grade A Commercial properties

- Solid experience in International Quality / Environmental / Energy / Safety Management System

- Strong people management and leadership skills with a can-do attitude

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Stationed in Macao and occasional travel is required
