As a Property Executive, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:

• Handle sales and marketing matters for residential projects, such as preparing sales brochure and budget reports, organizing marketing campaigns, preparing advertising materials and arranging show flats
• Coordinate sales launch through working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of statutory property related regulation and able to carry out analysis to generate insights of the real estate market
• Occasional outdoor  visit to construction site for progress meeting, handover of premises and liaison with contractors / interior designer are required.
• Skills & Experiences required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in business, real estate, surveying, marketing or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate with no prior experience in property sales and marketing is welcomed; for candidate who has at least 3 years of relevant experience would be considered as Senior Executive
• Experience in full cycle of sales launch and the opening of sales office for residential projects would be a great advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Detail-minded, presentable, excellent in communicating and building relationships with stakeholders
• Skillful user of Microsoft Office
