Job description & responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic sales & marketing plan, lead the team to achieve project growth and sales target
• Plan, develop and execute new projects with designers, architects, contractors and other professionals
• Interact with clients and analyse their needs in order to provide feasible solutions
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to be their go-to-consultant
• Explore and develop business partners to expand our business exposure
• Occasional traveling to China and other parts of Asia is required

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Business, Building & Construction or Civil Engineering related disciplines is preferred but not essential
• Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, construction companies and contractors; with governmental (e.g. ASD, APB, HKHA, etc.) projects / private residential renovations experience would be an advantage
• Other solid working experiences with Builders & Contractors would also be considered
• A good leader and team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and positive attitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills is a must
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
• Proficient computer skills
