  • Help design, develop and implement change and communications strategies.
  • Draft and edit communications copy as part of the tactical delivery of change programmes.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of new toolkits and content as part of tactical delivery of change programmes.
  • Research and analyse information (e.g. survey analysis, Space Utilization Study) for report generation and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Consultant and the integral team.
  • Manage and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Manage overall programme and ensuring collateral is delivered within timeline.
  • Design relocation strategy and Project Management of all implementation activities using pre-defined methodology and toolkits.
  • Prepare tender documents and co-ordinate tender process including conducting tender interviews and evaluate and issue a recommendation report.
  • Work closely with members of the Project Management to align phasing plan.
  • Design, develop and implement change and communications strategies.
  • Draft and edit materials and communications copy as part of tactical implementation.
  • Deliver final stage of workplace transformation projects which may include physical relocations.
  • Work at client’s premises in a variety of locations as necessary.
  • Occasional weekend works during relocation stages of workplace transformation projects, managing contractors on-site.
  • Provide hour by hour schedule for the move weekend.
  • Conduct hoist packing and labelling briefings with move champions.
  • Advise on contingency plans due to road Typhoons and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in all disciplines.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrating ability to think creatively.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Willing to work weekends occasionally and work mobility
