Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team and Design team.

• Responsible for business development by implementing sales plans, developing marketing opportunities by identifying customers’ requirements, market shares and competitors’ strength.
• Coordinate to several trade shows and visit exhibitors in order to sell them our services.
• Lead the design process by controlling the workload and structuring the daily activities within the design team.
• Responsible for Graphic & Product trend research and concept creation.
• Understand the vision and long-term strategy set by Sales Director and the company, implement this in day to day design work and customer projects.
• Supervise the fairs execution plan with deadlines, tasks, and roles.
• Coordinate with Factory Design Office for preparation of drawing and calculation
• Monitor progress & overall results of marketing campaigns, and to ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
• Work closely with the head office in China and report to the Sales Director in a regular basis.

Requirements

•  Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing in Furniture industry with at least 3 years on managerial position.
• Exposure and experience in working with the foreign market
• Very organized with excellent communication skills – able to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve company objectives
• Demonstrable creativity, analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to speak English and Chinese, other languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and MS office applications
