Design Intern

Editorial & Marketing Intern

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Language

This is a combined role. You will be working with the Creative Studio — reporting to Editorial & Marketing teams. As a hi Creative Studio intern you will be supporting the growth of Tink Labs as the voice of the brand. You will help create, grow and manage editorial communications and marketing collaterals of the company. Learn how we build our brand presence as the purveyor in revolutionary hospitality technology solutions.

Training Intern

Any Bachelor’s Degree

The Training Intern will work with manager to establish training system for Alternative Development Department. You will be working on specific programs to meet with the identified training needs supporting various business partners and channels, as well as establishing training library. Good command of spoken and written English.

HR Intern

Any Bachelor’s Degree

The HR Intern will assist with onboarding and probation process, and maintain an updated record in HR shared drive and in HRIS system with all employees’ documentation and information. He/she will also provide payroll information and assist with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities.

UX Design Intern

Degree or diploma in Experience Design, Digital Design, Service Design, Industrial Design or a related field

The UX Design Intern will work with UX team with research, building wireframes, prototypes, and user testing; participate in brainstorming for new features and products. He or she will also establish and promote style guides, design guidelines and best practices in UX patterns.

IT Intern

Any Bachelor’s Degree

The IT Intern will perform inventory and asset registry maintenance on regular basis, procurement of IT Hardware Troubleshooting technical issues and escalate accordingly to corresponding teams when necessary, to perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned. Good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Telecom Assistant Intern

Any Bachelor’s Degree

The Telecom Assistant Intern will assist with different parties to make sure the accuracy of the billing information, the SIM cards and networking services. He or she will also help with the documentation, filing and payment claim procedures, being proactive to use different systems for recording and tracking. Good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Product Management Intern

Any Bachelor’s Degree 

The Product Management Intern has to help draft and edit product requirements, and also test new features and validate against product requirements. This candidate will be responsible for creating features user guides for our stakeholders (Hotels, Account Managers, internal business units), and assisting with data analysis to support smooth product development as well as enhancement.

Strategy Intern

Undergraduate or Master student from HKU, HKUST, or CU (or another decent school)

For undergrads, 3rd year or 4th year student preferred (mature 2nd year students also allowed)

Preferably a Finance or Business-related major (other majors welcome, but should have taken some Business-related coursework)

Good experience with Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

Some Chinese language ability preferred (Cantonese or Mandarin)

The position can likely roll into a full-time intern position in the summer (if permitted)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline
• Able to work for 2-3 days per week
• Strong interest in the technology field and passionate about a startup working environment
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Strong creative sense, self-motivated, responsible, mature and detail-minded
• Excellent written and spoken English, literacy in Chinese is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
