In a fast-paced environment, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating designs for a variety of projects including the online and offline marketing, loyalty club, banner ads, catalogs, direct mailers, store signage, social media sites, and more. The position must visually convey strategic marketing objectives and company brand standards and should also be knowledgeable of emerging trends in online design, print design, and new technologies. Looking for a designer who:

• Is a self-starter, drives for results, and has a proven record of delivering these results
• Is passionate about creating an engaging online experience through design that is brand-right
• Has a strong grasp on emerging design best practices (colors, fonts, layout, etc.)
• Has a strong attention to detail and a desire to find efficiencies in daily processes
• Can handle multiple projects and work quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; this position is not for the faint of heart
• And most importantly, someone who is a team player

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for visual merchandising includes window display, POP,  hoarding, etc.,
• Responsible for online & offline marketing communications includes web banner, newsletter, flyer, catalogs, brochures, etc.
• In charge of taking the photos and the videos in the in-house studio.
• Work closely with the marketing, product departments and the CEO to interpret projects while conveying marketing objectives, brand standards, and consistency across all designs.
• Flexibility to produce production/templated designs, as well as conceptual work.
• Monitor the status of projects, ensuring that deliverables are on time, creative management feedback is sought, and the highest of design standards are being met.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback from team and modify work to achieve marketing goal.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in website design, graphic design, multimedia design or related disciplines
• 2+ years of professional Graphic / Web design experience in a retail or corporate setting
• Good level of English is required
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Design Suite (AI, Photoshop, InDesign, etc), MS Office
• Proficiency in photo-editing and video-editing
• Conceptual thinking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and can work independently
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and comfortable with change
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Possess a professional and positive attitude
• Full time / Part time
