To facilitate our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for talented individual to join FCS team as Senior Designer / Interior Designer / Assistant Designer / Project Manager / Site Corporate Manager / Sales Marketing Manager to uncover his/her creativity and power.    We are the FCS team with key success characteristics:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

For Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer / Assistant Designer

• Create and execute commercial office design concepts through schematic planning
• Support detail drawings, material specifications and work schedule
• Design office environments to achieve brand identity with required standards, fulfil clients’ budget and requirements
• Manage construction documents from designers and consultants
• Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different guidelines
• Follow up with clear design directions and make effective changes in a timely manner
• Identify exceptional design obstacles and resolve
• Handle commercial projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.

For Project Manager / Site Supervisor

• Responsible for renovation projects across the region, to lead the processes for interior design, project management and maintenance
• Execute projects, supervise site works and attend site meetings
• Follow up and monitor renovation progress and ensure compliance with company’s standard and timeline.

For Sales Marketing Manager

• Support the design team’s creative direction by ensuring the appropriate means are available to them
• Support and assist the Sales and Design teams in their design proposals and presentations
• Build and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients
• Effectively communicate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure client satisfaction
• Regular collection and analysis of data from the market, clients and the firm itself

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical Interior Design experiences
• Relevant experiences in workplace design
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and mentoring the team
• Passionate about Interior Design as long-term career field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, 3ds Max and Photoshop
• Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Draftsman
