Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for customer enquiries and complaints of online shop through hotline and email
• Liaise with various parties to support customer satisfaction
• Handle and follow up customer sales orders delivery and support the logistic administrative duties
• Assist in daily online shop operation from order to delivery
• Participate in online shop system upgrade and UAT
• Collect customer feedback and prepare regular analysis reports to monitor the quality of customer service team
• Perform any other duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years hands-on customer service, complaints handling and sales administration experience in retail, F&B or FMCG industry
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and be able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Work Processing
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
