- Monitor, analyse and interpret data, market trends from ecommerce platforms and analytic tools
- Able to run analysis, interpret results, forecast and transform data into actionable, conversion-driven marketing insights with the support of data-driven trends
- Among all the online channels - conduct analysis including geographical markets, traffic flows, customer segmentation, customer journey analysis, product benchmarking, business performance, and marketing effectiveness/strategy
- Analyse customer usage, financial and operational performance in order to identify the area of improvement in term of e-commerce conversion
- Provide information which is useful to target the most profitable markets/segments in order to maximise conversion rate
- Provide insights to accelerate business growth and increase customer retention
- Observe and analyse online user behaviour, connecting the dots between Analytic and digital marketing to optimise marketing spending
- Tracking campaign results through Tagging and set up dashboards for stakeholders review
- Lead cross-team digital projects and initiate new ideas to Wow customers with best-in-class client journey
- On the innovation aspects, start building innovation ecosystem in China by setting up and managing partnership with local innovation partners, Asian key corporations and universities in order to scout efficiently and early enough disruptive innovation in line with Kering strategic innovation roadmap
- As a key focal point to various business units, as well as a translator between business and technical expert
- Develop methods and solutions to realize digital innovation to enable further optimization of innovation capabilities
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, E-commerce or related disciplines
- With 5+ years in e-Commerce and digital marketing for consumer facing brands/websites; with track record working with innovative, emerging technologies and solutions
- Familiar with IoT, infrastructure, application, data, digital technologies; experience in E-commerce platform, O2O platform and within the retail, fashion or beauty industry would be advantageous
- Team leading capacity, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to travel (approx. 30%)
