Job Description
The right candidate will support Commercial & Channel Leadership team, conduct business analysis, prepare regular sales reports, and co-ordinate research projects.
Responsibility:
- Analyze internal and external sales data to identify business opportunities and support fact-based decision making; present analysis insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Take lead in monthly sales reports preparation for monitoring business trend; and convert report findings into meeting materials to facilitate regular management meetings
- Evaluate product performance and draw planogram suggestions for new product sell-in and support category management projects
- Co-ordinate research projects with external agency to fulfill internal research objectives and business needs
- Develop and maintain current knowledge library to keep track of market activities and competitors’ development
- Assist in the exploration and implementation of business intelligence tool or analytics software to drive reporting efficiency
- Support Commercial & Channel Leadership team on various ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Statistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), experience of VBA and PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge in Nielsen Advisor / Spaceman is a plus
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
