On behalf of a well established FMCG e-shop, we are looking for high caliber to fill the position of Business Analytics Manager.

Accountabilities

• Lead project planning, prepare business cases and advise management with feasible solutions from a business perspective which can satisfy customer needs
• Engage directly with users to gather application demand & business need, and assist in their translation into system functional specifications & technical requirements
• Manage requirements, provide business and functional analysis, create requirement specifications for the application system, facilitate implementation of IT best practice and monitor deliverables to timelines and milestones
• Prepare and update system documentation and operation guides 

Attributes

• Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administrations or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable retail or e-commerce company, including 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross functional departments in requirements sessions
• Proven analytical, communication and prioritizing skills
• Certificate of Scrum master and project management preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin)
